Why? I’m moderately confident in myself and everything, but honestly, some days I don’t think I am that attractive.

Are ridiculous. Having sex, does not mean you are in love. It’s not the same thing. If you loved them and wanted to truly commit to your significant other, why don’t you get married? Since you can commit to sex and all already. Take responsibility if you wanna act all grown up.
